Z616耐烧蚀酚醛树脂固化反应动力学研究及TTT图

CURING KINETICS AND ISOTHERMAL TRANSFORMATION (TTT) DIAGRAM OF Z616 PHENOLIC RESIN

摘要: 通过对耐烧蚀酚醛树脂进行全动态DSC测试,利用Kissinger方程及Crane方程,拟合得到了固化反应参数,得出固化反应活化能Ea=77.235 kJ/g,指前因子A0=1.92×108,反应级数n=0.9088;对恒定温度下不同保温时间的树脂进行DSC测试,得到玻璃化转变温度及固化度,应用DiBenedetto经验方程建立玻璃化转变温度与固化度关系模型;利用哈克RS6000旋转流变仪测试耐烧蚀酚醛体系凝胶时间数据,表征凝胶时间与温度的关系,分析凝胶时间与凝胶温度之间的关系,其中凝胶时的固化度αgel=0.08,凝胶化后的玻璃化转变温度Tg,gel=89.1 ℃;绘制了耐烧蚀酚醛树脂体系的TTT图,为耐烧蚀酚醛树脂实际应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: Z616 phenolic resin is an ablative resin system, which aimed to be used for hot melt prepreg curing at high temperature. In this paper, utilizing Kissinger equation and Crane equation, the cure kinetics of the phenolic resin system was studied by DSC. The parameters of resin curing reaction were obtained by origin fitting analysis, which gave 77.235 kJ/g for the activation energy, 1.92×108 for the constant factor and 0.9088 as the reaction order. Furthermore, DSC tests were performed on resins with different holding times at a constant temperature to obtain the glass transition temperature and curing degree. DiBenedetto empirical equation is used to establish the relationship model between glass transition temperature and curing degree. Moreover, the gelation process of Z616 phenolic resin was investigated by Haake Mars RS6000 Rotational Rheometer, and the relationship between gel-time and temperature was obtained. The degree of curing at the time of gelation is 0.08, and the glass transition temperature is 89.1 ℃. Finally, the equivalent curing degree, glass temperature transition and gelation were plotted versus time, and the temperature-time-transition (TTT) diagram was formed for the Z616 phenolic resin system. From this TTT diagram, the state of the resin system could be known at any temperature for any time. The forming parameters of Z616 phenolic resin-based composites under the hot-pressing process can be reasonably set.
