摘要: 石墨烯及其衍生物(GRM)因其独特的二维片层全碳芳族结构,高纵横比、柔韧性好、机械强度优异等特性,可显著提高碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的界面浸润性和界面粘接力,并赋予复合材料多种功能性,近年来受到人们的广泛关注并对其开展了相关研究。本文从GRM和碳纤维起源入手,聚焦GRM在CFRP中的处理技术,分别对GRM添加到聚合物基体中和GRM在碳纤维表面改性中处理技术的国内外研究现状进行了文献综述,并对CFRP-GRM在不同领域中的应用前景和难点进行了探讨,最后展望了CFRP-GRM的应用潜力和研究趋势。

Abstract: Due to the unique two-dimensional lamellar all-carbon aromatic structure, high aspect ratio, good flexibility, and excellent mechanical strength, graphene and its derivatives (GRM) can significantly improve the interfacial wettability of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials (CFRP) and interface adhesion, and give composite materials a variety of functions. In recent years, it haa received extensive attention and carried out recent research. This article starts with the origin of GRM and carbon fiber, focuses on the processing technology of GRM in CFRP, and reviews the current domestic and foreign research status of GRM added to the polymer matrix and GRM in the surface modification of carbon fiber. The application prospects and difficulties of GFRP-GRM in different fields are discussed, and finally the application potential and research trend of CFRP-GRM are prospected.
