基于温度场的热压罐成型模具优化设计

摘要: 热压罐成型模具的温度梯度会增加复合材料固化的不确定性。提高模具表面温度分布的均匀性可保证复合材料构件的固化质量和成型精度。现存模具优化方案大多操作困难,难以用于工程实践。本文提出在模具支撑结构中,添加沿流体流向倾斜一定角度的直板作为导流板,通过控制导流板的倾斜角度,调整气体在模具后部的压缩程度,最终确定添加导流板的最佳位置。采用本文方法能够达到优化模具表面温度分布均匀性的目的,可用于指导实际工程中复合材料构件热压罐成型模具的优化工作。

Abstract: The temperature gradient of autoclave mold will increase the uncertainty of composite curing. Improving the uniformity of die surface temperature distribution can ensure the curing quality and forming accuracy of composite components. Most of the existing mold optimization schemes are difficult to operate and can not be applied to engineering practice. This paper proposes to add a straight plate with a certain angle along the flow direction as the guide plate in the mold support structure. By controlling the inclined angle of the guide plate and adjusting the compression degree of the gas at the back of the mold, the best position of the guide plate is finally determined. It can be used to guide the optimization of autoclave mold for composite components in practical engineering.
