大型双曲蜂窝夹层结构短舱成型工艺研究

摘要: 大型双曲蜂窝夹层结构是复合材料制件中一种较复杂的结构形式,它具有尺寸大、型面复杂等特点,但是其力学承载特性好、整体重量轻、抗变形能力强,应用较广。本文以大型双曲蜂窝夹层结构短舱制件为研究对象,详细论述了其结构特点以及加工工艺方法,重点解决了蜂窝芯易收缩、难固定,装配区要求高等技术难点,通过实验方案验证及实验数据分析,综合比对实验结论以及工程差异性,最终得到了一套行之有效的成型方法。

Abstract: The large hyperbolic honeycomb sandwich structure is a kind of complex structure form in composite materials, it has the charecteristics of large size and complex profile. But its mechanical bearing performance is good, light weight, and has strong resistance to deformation. Sandwich nacelles are studied, the structure characteristics and processing technology are discussed in detail. The honeycomb core is easy to shrink and hard to fix, and the assembly area requires high technical difficulties. The experimental scheme, experimental data, and engineering differences are analyzed and compared. Finally, a set of effective forming methods were obtained.
