摘要: 为实现不同零件的缠绕铺放成型加工并满足柔性制造的需求,本文提出了一种基于KUKA机器人的碳纤维预浸带成型设备设计方案。本文首先提出了设备总体方案,其次分别介绍了该设备的不同结构原理,然后介绍了该设备的工作流程,最后展示该成型设备的实物并通过试验验证了该设备可以运用到实际生产加工中。

Abstract: To achieve winding and laying of different parts and meet the requirements of flexible manufacturing, a design scheme of carbon fiber pre impregnated tape forming equipment based on KUKA robot is proposed in this paper. This paper first puts forward the overall scheme of the equipment, then introduces the different structural principles of the equipment and the working process of the equipment. Finally, it shows the real object of the molding equipment and verifies that the equipment can be used in the actual production and processing.
