SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite复合材料的制备及吸波性能

摘要: 碳化硅纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料在军用、民用领域的重要性日益凸显。本文以莫来石溶胶作为基体前驱体溶液、氧化铝作为界面层,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备得到SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite复合材料。研究了煅烧温度对粉体物相及形貌的影响,分析了Al2O3界面层的表面形貌以及SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite复合材料的微观结构、力学、介电及吸波性能。结果表明:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备得到了连续、致密的Al2O3界面层,厚度约为46 nm。SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂位移分别可以达到234 MPa和0.36 mm。在材料厚度范围为3.3 mm~3.5 mm时,其反射率值在整个X波段都小于-5 dB。利用莫来石作为基体、氧化铝作为界面层制备的SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite复合材料在吸波材料领域具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: Silicon carbide fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites play a very important role in military and civil fields. The SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite composite was prepared by a sol-gel method, the matrix precursor was mullite sol and the interphase was Al2O3. Influence of sintering temperature on the phase and morphology of powder was studied. The surface morphology of Al2O3 interphase and microstructure, mechanical, dielectric and absorbing properties of SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite composite were analyzed. The results showed that a continuous and dense interphase was prepared by the sol-gel method, and the thickness was about 46 nm. The flexural strength and fracture displacement of the SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite composite reached 234 MPa and 0.36 mm, respectively. When the thickness of composite was in the range of 3.3 mm~3.5 mm, the value of reflection loss was below -5 dB in the whole X-band. The SiCf/Al2O3/Mullite composite has potential application value in the field of microwave absorbing materials.
