摘要: 目前缠绕工艺中玻璃纤维束续接都是采用人工打结,针对此问题,本文研究了现有打结设备的工作原理,设计了一种用于玻璃纤维团续接的打结装置。在Creo软件中,对打结装置进行详细设计,并通过仿真验证了该打结装置的纤维束续接功能。

Abstract: Currently, the winding of glass fiber bundle continuation is using manual knotting. This paper studied the working principle of existing knotting equipment, and designed a knotting device for glass fiber group continuation. In Creo software, the knotting device was designed in detail, and the fiber bundle continuation function of the knotting device was verified by simulation.
