PLY STACKING-SEQUENCE OPTIMIZATION OF COMPOSITE LAMINATE PLATES BY ANT COLONY SYSTEM

摘要:

本文将蚁群算法引入到复合材料层合板铺层顺序的优化设计中,对给定各角度铺层数的层合板进行优化设计。本文采用遗传算法(GA)中的整数编码方法,将层合板的铺层顺序优化问题转化为求解旅行商问题(TSP),接着为满足工程实际的需要,对基本蚁群算法作了适当修改,以提高优化效率及性能。算例结果表明,对于确定层合板最佳铺层顺序的这种离散变量优化问题,蚁群算法是一种行之有效的方法,且编程简单、可移植性好,对工程结构优化设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

An ant colony system is applied to solve the optimization problem of ply stacking-sequence of composite laminate plates with given plies.Firstly,the paper transforms the optimization problem of ply stacking-sequence to the traveling salesman problem(TSP) by integer coding and decoding,which was used in genetic algorithm(GA).Secondly,the ant colony system is modified to improve the performance and the efficiency as to meet the engineering requirements.The results of the examples indicate that the method proposed in this paper is effective,efficient and could be easily applied to other engineerings with little modification.
