基于一维数值分析的FRP筋基本锚固长度研究

STUDY OF THE BASIC ANCHOR LENGTH OF FRP BAR BASED ON 1-D NUMERICAL ANALYSIS

摘要:

采用一维数值分析程序,对12组拉拔模型试验数据进行模拟计算,得到FRP筋的基本锚固长度,分析基本锚固长度以内界面粘结强度分布情况随拉拔应力增加时的演化,表明基本锚固长度受残余界面强度的影响很大。建立考虑极限粘结强度、残余粘结强度、直径、屈服强度等影响因素的新的FRP筋基本锚固长度的计算公式,新公式简化了计算程序,对计算结果拟合精度良好。

Abstract:

The 12 groups data of pullout model tested are simulated based on the 1-D numerical analysis procedure,by which the basic anchor length of FRP bar was obtained.The evolution trend of the distribution of the FRP bar's interface bond strength in the basic anchor length with the increasing of the pullout stress is analyzed.The inclusion shows that the basic anchor length is seriously affected by residual interface strength.The new formula for calculating the FRP bar's basic anchor length is found.The limit bond strength,residual bond strength,diameter and yield strength are considered as the influencing factors in reference to the new formula.The gathered accuracy of the 1-D calculation's results got from the simplified new formula is very well.
