STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF GEOPOLYMER MATERIALS

摘要:

地聚合物是一类新型高性能无机聚合物,由于其特殊的无机缩聚三维氧化物网络结构,使得地聚合物材料具有良好的高温性能和机械性能。而且生产过程中的能耗和三废排放量都很低,材料对环境友好并可回收再利用,是一种可持续发展的"绿色环保材料"。本文研究了不同地聚合物材料的性能和微观组织,其中L26、L15、L21的弯曲强度分别为26.1MPa、33.5MPa、32.8MPa|压缩强度分别为49.3MPa、18.5MPa、25.8MPa,经900℃2h煅烧后L21的弯曲强度为20.7MPa,压缩强度为39.1MPa。

Abstract:

Geo-polymer is a kind of promising advanced inorganic polymer due to its high degree poly-condensed network structure,excellent thermal and mechanical properties,low energy consumption,low toxic wastes emission and easy recycle,Which make it a kind of green materials.The paper studies the properties and microstructure of the geopolymer materials.The result shows that the flexural strengths of L26,L15 and L21 materials are 26.1MPa and 33.5MPa and 32.8MPa,and compression strengths are 49.3MPa,18.5MPa and 25.8MPa,respectively flexural strength and compression strength of L21 material after sintering at 900℃ for 2 hours reach 20.7MPa and 39.1MPa.
