摘要:

废旧线路板回收处理过程中得到的基板粉末作为增强填料,采用模压成型制备废弃物填料增强不饱和聚酯复合材料,研究模压工艺参数以及废弃物粉末填料配比等对复合材料力学性能的影响规律,并初步展望了废弃物复合材料的应用。结果表明,随着模压温度、压强、模压时间和填料含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度先升高后降低。在优化的模压工艺参数条件下,复合材料的弯曲强度超过100MPa,冲击强度可达10kJ/m2

Abstract:

With waste printed wiring board powder employed as composites filler,new waste filler reinforced composites were developed via moulding technology process.Effects of the molding temperature molding pressure and waste filler content on the mechanical properties of waste filler reinforced composites were studied,and the application of waste composite was discussed.The results show that,with the increasing molding temperature,pressure and filler content,the composite anti-flexural strengths increase first and then decrease.Under the optimized moulding conditions,a composite with flexural strength of 107MPa and impact strength of 10kJ/m2 can be developed.
