叶片主梁弯扭耦合设计研究

摘要:

风机叶片正向超大型化、轻质化和高性能化方向发展。高效率的风电机组必然要求高性能的风轮叶片,气弹剪裁则是获得高性能叶片的一种有效方法,而弯扭耦合是实现气弹剪裁的一种途径。本文通过研究弯扭耦合的控制参数,建立了弯扭耦合的理论估算公式,并对现有750kW叶片主梁重新进行弯扭耦合设计。研究结果表明,碳纤维取代玻纤单向布对主梁的重新设计,将大大提高叶片的整体性能。

Abstract:

Wind turbine blade will be developed to be bigger,less weight and higher performance.High per- formance blade is needed for the high efficient wind turbine.Aeroelastic tailoring is an effective method to design high performance blades,bend-twist coupling is one of the way to realize aeroelastic tailoring.This paper builds up the theoretic equation of bend-twist coupling through study on the control parameters.Redesign of 750KW-blade- spar-cap is made using bend-twist coupling method,in which glass fiber is replaced by carbon fiber,results show that the whole blade performance will be improved greatly.
