管状纤维缠绕制件的管壁元分析模型

A TUBE-WALL ELEMENT ANALYSIS MODEL OF TUBULAR FILAMENT WOUND PRODUCTS

摘要:

根据管状纤维缠绕制件的成形特点,以干纤维束横截面积、纤维体积含量、芯模尺寸及一个铺设行程中芯模转过的圈数为基本参数,给出了具有不同缠绕角管壁厚的计算方法;之后,根据缠绕管件具有周向均匀弹性模量的特点,将管件化分为管壁元,对其进行位移、应变、应力分析,并在管件上进行整合,从而提出一种纤维缠绕复合材料管在拉伸、剪切及弯扭载荷作用下的分析模型;最后将管壁厚计算方法和管壁元分析模型用于计算管件,并将理论计算结果与可得到的实验结果和有限元数值计算结果进行对比,结果表明,理论计算结果与实验结果均有较好的一致性。

Abstract:

According to the manufacturing characteristics of tubular filament wound products and based on the basic parameters such as dry fiber tow cross-section area,fiber volume fraction,mandrel geometric parameters and the turning numbers of mandrel during one lay-up carriage,the paper presents a tube-wall thickness calculation method.Then,according to the circumferential uniform stiffness and axis-symmetrical properties of filament wound tubes,an tube-wall element model for analyzing a filament wound tube under tensile,shear,bending and torsional loadings is presented.Finally,the tube-wall thickness calculation method and the tube-wall element analysis model are used to filament wound tubes.The theoretical calculation results are compared with the experimental and FEM numerical results,and have good agreements.
