复合型人造大理石热膨胀性的研究

摘要:

本实验研究不同的单一填料以及共混填料对复合型人造大理石饰面层和结构层热膨胀性的影响。结果表明,单一填料CaCO3、A l(OH)3和彩砂填充饰面层时,不同粒径的填料改性效果不同。在填料/树脂为2:1时,200目CaCO3填充时,体系热膨胀系数最小,为2.3×10-5/℃|两种填料共混填充饰面层的效果比单一填料填充时的效果好,200目CaCO3与80120目彩砂以2:1填充时,制得的样品热膨胀系数最小,为1.85×10-5/℃|单一填料聚苯颗粒、花生壳粉填充复合型人造大理石结构层时,加入1.7%的聚苯颗粒或10%的花生壳粉可使结构层的热膨胀系数达到2.0×10-5/℃左右,与饰面层的相匹配|当选用复合填料时,固定聚苯颗粒为35%,选择花生壳粉为9%时可将结构层热膨胀系数提高到2.0×10-5/℃左右,并改善了添加单一填料时的缺陷,复合填料显示了良好的协同效应。

Abstract:

The influence of different single filling materials and the mixture of the two different filling materials on the coefficient of thermal expansion of the external layer and structure layer of compound artificial marble have been studied.The results show that when the external layer is packed with single filling materials,the filling materials with different size have different effects.When the filling materials are mixed with the resin with the ratio of 2 ∶1 and CaCO3 of 200 meshes are packed,the coefficient of thermal expansion is the smallest of all single filling materials,the value of which is 2.3×10-5/℃.The effect of the compound of two different filling materials is better than the single ones.When CaCO3 of 200 meshes are mixed with color sands of 80~120 meshes by the ratio of 2 ∶1,the coefficient of thermal expansion is smaller than any other compound padding,the value of which is 1.85×10-5/℃.When the single filling materials of polystyrene grain peanut shell grain are packed in...更多 the structure layer,the coefficient of thermal expansion to the structure layer can reach 2.0×10-5/℃,as in the case where.When polystyrene grain of 1.7 percent or peanut shell grain of 10 percents are packed.It matches to the coefficient of the external layer.When the compound padding is selected,fixing the polystyrene grain at 35 percent,the coefficient of the thermal expansion to the structure layer can reach 2.0×10-5/℃ with the peanut shell grain of 9 percent.The flaw is caused by the single padding is inhibited,which might be due to the coordination effect.
