几何参数对玻璃纤维织物/环氧层合板螺栓连接强度影响的实验研究

摘要:

对于2×2斜纹玻璃纤维织物/环氧层合板螺栓连接,实验研究了几何参数对其连接性能的影响。选取不同端距和边距,测试玻璃纤维织物复合材料层合板W/D(试样宽度/孔直径)及E/D(孔端距/孔直径)对螺栓连接强度的影响,并分析螺栓连接的破坏模式。实验结果表明,玻璃纤维织物/环氧复合材料层合板螺栓连接承载能力随着边距E和端距W的增加而增加。当E/D=3,W/D=4时,螺栓连接强度达到稳定值。

Abstract:

The effect of specimen width-to-hole diameter ratio(W/D),and the ratio of edge distance to hole diameter(E/D)on the bearing strength of twill glass fabric/epoxy composites were performed experimentally.Single-hole bolted-loaded specimens were tested for their tension response.Failure propagation and failure type were observed on the specimens.The influence of the joint geometry on the strength of the bolted-loaded composites was evaluated. The experimental results show that the load capacity of glass-fabric-reinforced epoxy laminates with bolted connection increased with increasing W and E.However,the E/D ratio that is beyond 3 and the W/D ratio that is beyond 4 have an insignificant effect on the load capability of the connection.
