THE FATIGUE ANALYSIS OF UAV COMPOSITE WING BASED ON ANSYS/FESAFE

摘要:

计算了某无人机复合材料机翼的静强度,使用局部应力应变疲劳分析理论,基于正弦载荷激励,按照累积损伤理论和雨流计数法则,应用ANSYS/FESAFE软件,分析了此无人机机翼的疲劳寿命,为复合材料机翼疲劳分析提供了新的分析途径。

Abstract:

The static strength of UAV composite wing has been computed. Meanwhile, the fatigue life of UAV composite wing has been analyzed based on ANSYS/FESAFE software. The rainflow method and fatigue damage cumulative theory have been applied to the formation of load spectrum. Further more, a new way of computing fatigue life of UAV composite wing has been provided.
