 CURING EPOXY RESIN SYSTEM FOR RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING

摘要:

本文将CYD128和自制高性能环氧树脂A共混改性,通过加入液体胺类物质作为固化剂,得到了一种适用于RTM的树脂体系。实验结果表明,该树脂体系在30℃下的粘度为255cps。该体系为中温固化体系,且其树脂固化物的拉伸强度为67.7MPa,拉伸模量为3.1GPa,弯曲强度为101MPa,弯曲模量为2.87GPa,可满足RTM对环氧树脂体系的要求。

Abstract:

In this paper, the epoxy resin system was prepared by applying liquid amine to the modified epoxy resin,which was the mixture of CYD128 and epoxy A. The results showed that the viscosity of the resin system was 255cps at 30℃. It was the moderate temperature curing epoxy resin system. And the tensile strength, tensile module, flexural strength, flexural module of the cured resin product were 67.7 MPa, 3.1GPa, 101MPa and 2.87GPa respectively. The system can meet the requirement of RTM.
