纳米炭粉改性炭布/苯并噁嗪复合材料性能研究

MODIFIED WITH NANOCARBON POWDER

摘要:

研究了纳米炭粉对炭布/苯并噁嗪复合材料层间性能和烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米炭粉含量为5%时,炭布/苯并噁嗪复合材料的层间剪切强度提高26%达到30.3MPa,氧乙炔线烧蚀率降低23%为0.0154mm/s。700℃高温处理后,改性后的复合材料有着较高的强度保留率。

Abstract:

Interlaminar property and ablative property of coal cloth/polybenzoxazine composite modified with nanocarbon powder were studied in this paper.The results show that,when the nanocarbon powders content is 10%,the coal cloth/ polybenzoxazine composites shearing strength enhances 26% to achieve 30.3MPa,the linear ablation rate reduces 24% is 0.0154mm/s;after hightemperature at 700℃,modified composites have the high intensity retention rate.
