BLADES MODELING STUDY OF LARGESCALE WIND TURBINE BASED ON ANSYS

摘要:

有限元校核分析是叶片设计过程中的重要一环,而叶片外形与结构的复杂性决定了其有限元模型的建立将十分繁琐。本文针对750kW风机叶片,利用有限元软件ANSYS,详细介绍了大型叶片的建模过程,并对建模方法提出了一些建议。在建模过程中,采取自下而上的方法建立叶片的实体模型,利用壳单元SHELL91和SHELL99与实常数相结合,在划分网格时采用面赋值法和单元赋值法来模拟复合材料的铺层结构。通过设置SHELL91的单元参数,利用其“三明治”的特性模拟叶片的夹芯结构。叶片有限元模型的建立为大型叶片的设计与分析校核做了铺垫。

Abstract:

It’s an important part in the process of designing blades of finite element checking and analysing,finite element modeling of blades is very cumbersome because of the complexity of the shape and structure.With finite element software ANSYS,this paper describes in detail the process of finite element modeling of largescale wind turbine blades by means of the length blade of 750kW wind turbine,some suggestions of modeling methods are put forward.In the course of modeling,the method which from down to up is adopted to build blade’s entity model,shell elements of SHELL91 and SHELL99 are combined with real constants is used to model the composite laminate structure through gridassignment and elementassignment during meshing.By setting the parameters of SHELL91,the “sandwich” characteristics can model the sandwich structure of blades.It’s the basis of finite element modeling for designing largescale wind turbine blades or analysing and checking.
