碳纤维/环氧树脂在橡胶内衬表面的全缠绕工艺设计

WINDING PROCESS DESIGN WITH CARBON FIBER/EPOXY ON RUBBER LINER

摘要:

根据橡胶内衬碳纤维全缠绕压力气瓶的技术指标,依据网格理论对缠绕层和缠绕张力进行详细的理论设计计算,确定缠绕参数和工艺。选用的环氧树脂体系力学性能优异,其黏度满足缠绕成型工艺要求,同时复合材料NOL环的断面形貌表明该树脂体系与T800碳纤维界面结合良好。对缠绕成型的压力气瓶进行试验,检测表明,水压爆破试验和疲劳试验结果均满足复合材料气瓶的设计要求。

Abstract:

According to the technic targets of carbon fiber winding pressure gas holder with rubber liner,the winding layer and winding tension were designed and calculated in detail on the basis of netting analysis,the winding parameters and technics were affirmed.The selected epoxy resin system with good mechanical properties had a suitable viscosity for winding. And the failure section of composite NOL ring indicated the epoxy resin could bond with T800 carbon fiber very well. The testing results for winding pressure gas holder showed that burst pressure and fatigue test met the design target of composite gas holder.
