摘要:

设计了一系列针对碳纤维湿法缠绕的环氧树脂基体,测试了树脂浇注体及其复合材料的力学性能和热机械性能,研究了树脂基体对碳纤维复合材料界面性能的影响。试验结果表明,对韧性树脂体系,树脂基体的模量是发挥纤维强度的关键因素,模量的提升将大幅提高复合材料的综合性能。经复配和优化的树脂体系兼具高模量和高韧性,其T700碳纤维复合材料NOL环拉伸强度达到2480MPa,T800碳纤维复合材料NOL环拉伸强度达到2780MPa,玻璃化温度(Tg)超过200℃,具有优异的界面性能和耐热性能。

Abstract:

Highperformance carbon fiber has been widely used in commercial and military fields because of its high strength, light weight and high stiffness.A series of epoxy resins were designed for carbon fiber wet filament winding.Meanwhile the mechanical property and thermal mechanical property of these resins and their carbon fiber composites were analyzed.The effect of resin matrix’s structure and property on the composite was studied based on the analysis.The results show that, for stiffness resins, the modulus of matrix is a key property to gain highperformance carbon fiber composite.With the help of the optimized resin system, the carbon fiber composite possess excellent interfacial properties and heatresistance properties.The tensile strength of  T700 CF composite NOL rings is 2480MPa, that of T800 CF composite NOL rings is 2780MPa, and the glass transition temperature (Tg) is higher than 200 ℃.
