摘要:

本文针对热压成型工艺,利用多孔介质有效应力原理和体积平均方法,建立了三维流动热化学耦合的数值模型。该模型将密实过程中的纤维层视为可变形的多孔介质,从而能反映纤维层变形的影响。在此基础上,本文采用有限元方法,结合ALE移动网格方法处理动边界,对热压工艺密实过程进行了数值分析。计算结果表明,与非耦合的经典模型相比,该模型给出的结果与实验吻合得更好。

Abstract:

Based on porous media theory, a three dimensional flowthermal field numerical model was developed by the volume averaging method and effective stress theory, for considation of autoclave process, assuming that the prepregs were deformable porous medium. The fiber deformation, change of the volume fraction and permeability varied with the volume fraction of fiber was considered. ALE moving mesh method and FEM were used. The result shows that, the model proposed here has better agreement with experimental data than the classical models.
