颗粒增强复合材料集料级配的研究

AGGREGATE GRADING STUDY ON PARTICULATEREINFORCED COMPOSITE

摘要:

通过试验对颗粒增强复合材料(树脂和石英砂复合材料)进行集料级配研究。研究结果表明,选择颗粒较大石英砂和颗粒较小石英砂作适当配比,能够得到较优级配方案,使树脂含量从原有的20~25%降低至12~14%,从而降低成本,提高经济效益,同时保证夹砂层弯曲强度不降低。

Abstract:

The aggregate grading study on particulatereinforced composite (resin and quartz plate composite ) were studied with test.The results show that the prior way of aggregate gradation  can be obtained with right ratio of large particle quartz sand and small particle quartz plate,which can lower the quantity of resin from 20~25% to 12~14%,reduce the cost,improve the economy profits,and ensue not to lower bend strength of winding layer.
