大长径比复合尾管整体成型工艺研究

摘要:

本文介绍了一种大长径比复合长尾管整体制备过程。对其材料选择、模具设计、工艺制作技术进行了详细讨论。整体成型的长尾管通过复合缠绕方式将碳/碳喉衬与钨渗铜喷管组件黏结包裹在尾管绝热层内部。与传统的长尾管制作工艺相比,此成型方法减少了各零部件之间的粘接界面,提高了产品的生产效率与质量可靠性,保证了复合材料尾管绝热层、喉衬与喷管的整体性,提高了产品的抗冲刷性能。

Abstract:

A integral manufacture technical of large lengthdiameter ratio composites longtail nozzle was presented in this paper. The choice of materials,design of mould and manufacture techniques were investigated in details. The carbon/carbon throat and copper sintered tungsten nozzle were wound in the middle of longtail nozzle insulation ·Compare with the traditional manufacture technipues,the integral manufacture techniques could improve the production efficiency,quality reliability and integrity and reerosion capability.
