PMI泡沫夹层结构的材料非线性分析

摘要: 根据泡沫材料相关性能数据,定义了该材料的三维非线性弹性本构关系。利用MSC. Nastran600 解算器中的用户二次开发程序接口,采用fortran 语言将该本构关系写入,建立了泡沫材料的非线性有限元计算模型。采用该模型对铝面板泡沫夹层结构进行了实例分析,并将线性、弹塑性分析结果与实验结果进行了对比,验证了该模型的正确性。

Abstract: Based on the provided mechanical property data of the given foam,the nonlinear elastic constitute for this foam is defined. And it is written into a material user subroutine of MSC. Nastran secondary development by Fortran to form the nonlinear analysis model in FEM. An example of foam-cored sandwich aluminum panel is calculated using this method. Through the comparison with the linear analytical,elastic-plastic analytical and experimental results,it demonstrates the accuracy of this nonlinear elastic material finite element model.
