全硫化纳米羧基丁腈橡胶增韧环氧树脂性能的研究

PROPERTIES STUDY OF ULTRAFINE (NANOSCALE) FULL-VULCANIZED POWDERED RUBBER TOUGHEN EPOXY RESIN

摘要: 本文研究了全硫化纳米羧基丁腈橡胶(VP-501) 对环氧树脂性能的影响。采用红外光谱分析、力学性能测试、差式扫描量热仪、动态力学分析、扫描电子显微镜等测试方法。比较添加纳米羧基丁腈橡胶前后环氧树脂浇注体的力学性能、固化动力学、动态力学性能、以及拉伸断面微观形貌的不同。结果表明VP-501 的加入使得环氧树脂浇注体拉伸弯曲性能在不明显降低的情况下冲击性能大幅度提高,玻璃化转变温度(Tg) 提高,拉伸断裂面形貌由光滑变粗糙,纳米粒子较均匀地分散在树脂体系中,达到了增韧的效果。

Abstract: In this paper,it was studied the effect of using ultrafine (nanoscale) full-vulcanized powdered rubber (VP-501) on epoxy resin. Analysis of FT-IR,universal tensile machine,DSC,DMTA and SEM were introduced to compare the mechanical properties of epoxy,curing kinetics,dynamic mechanical properties,tensile fracture surface morphology of epoxy resin with and without VP-501 nanoparticles. Resulting from the homogeneous dispersion of the nanoparticles in epoxy resin,the addition of VP-501 made substantial improvement on the impact properties while the tension properties and the flexural properties were not obviously reduced,increase glass transition temperature (Tg),from 148. 41℃ to 159. 08℃,and changed the tensile fracture morphology from smooth to rough. Consequently,epoxy resin is toughed by VP-501.
