内蕴时间塑性理论在聚氨酯泡沫材料中的应用

摘要: 聚氨酯泡沫材料是一种典型的缓冲吸能材料,内蕴时间理论可有效地描述泡沫材料的这种力学特性。本文针对聚氨酯泡沫材料定义了应变率相关的内蕴时间,通过引入Gibbs 自由能,推导了聚氨酯泡沫材料的等温小变形本构关系,初步将内时理论引入到聚氨酯泡沫材料本构关系中。本文也为聚氨酯泡沫材料的本构关系研究提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Polyurethane foams are a kind of energy absorbing material,and its mechanical behavior can be modeled by endochronic theory. This paper introduces the endochronic theory into the constitutive models of polyurethane foams and model for the isothermal small strain is derived from Gibbs free energy. Based on these,instructional tendencies of the model are also discussed.
