高性能动中通天线罩设计、制造和应用

摘要: “Satellite communication in motion(SCM,动中通) ”具有覆盖区域广、不受地形地域限制、传输线路稳定可靠和移动通信的优点,在军民两个领域都具有极为广泛的发展前景。天线罩是保护" 动中通" 天线的必要设备。本文介绍了高性能动中通天线罩的设计、工艺制造及应用,通过研究高性能天线罩材料的基本性能,对Ku 波段天线罩进行铺层设计。利用ANSYS结构分析软件,对Ku 波段的高性能动中通天线罩进行了结构优化分析; 同时对工艺、电性进行了适合使用的优化设计,并简单介绍了设计制造的天线罩应用前景。

Abstract: “Satellite communication in motion (SCM) ”enjoys the advantages of wide coverage area,no topography or region restriction,stable and reliable transmission,and mobile communication,exhibiting wide and promising prospects in both military and civilian fields. Antenna mask is used to protect " SCM" antenna of the necessary equipment. This paper introduces the design,manufacture process,and applications of high performance antenna mask of SCM. Through analyzing the basic properties for high performance antenna mask materials,a lay up design for Ku-band antenna mask is made. Structure optimization is conducted by using the ANSYS software. Also,process and electrical property optimization designs are made for suitable use. Finally,the application prospects of the antenna mask manufactured according to above design are discussed.
