飞艇吊舱的综合优化设计

摘要: 通过对飞艇吊舱外挂结构特性的分析,以吊舱重量轻和制造成本低为设计目标,在对材料选取、结构布局和结构细节设计等方面进行综合优化设计。并通过有限元分析和静力试验对优化后的舱体结构进行静强度、刚度验证。计算及试验结果表明飞艇吊舱满足强度、刚度设计要求,结构重量比予定重量节省10%,从而可以增加有效任务载荷或减少浮囊体积。

Abstract: From out-hung properties of airship pod,the slight weight and the cheap manufacturing expenses as design objective,synthetic optimization design is carried out from material choice,structure arrangement and detail design. The optimized pod structure of static strength and stiffness is verified through finite element analysis and static test. The result shows the strength and stiffness of airship pod meet design demand,actual weight is less 10% than fixed weight,and can add effective assignment load or reduce gasbag volume.
