经编轴向针织物线圈结构模型的研究

摘要: 多轴向经编技术在国外已得到广泛推广和应用,在国内正处于起步阶段。多轴向经编针织物的线圈结构对复合材料的性能有很大的影响。本文介绍了经编针织物线圈结构模型的研究历史,并对经编轴向针织物线圈结构模型进行了详细的分析讨论,主要线圈结构模型包括以经平和编链为地组织的经编单轴向织物线圈结构模型、经编双轴向织物线圈结构模型以及经编多轴向织物线圈单胞分析模型和三维模型。

Abstract: Multi-axial warp knitting technology has been widely promotion and application in foreign,but it is in the initial stage at home. The loop structure of multi-axial warp knitting fabric has great effect on the material performance. This paper introduced research history about the model of the structure of knitted fabrics,and analyzed and discussed the loop structure of multi-axial warp knitting fabric in detail,including the geometry model of the single axial warp knitting fabrics,the bi-axial warp knitting fabrics,the unit cell model and the 3D model of the multi-axial warp knitting fabrics.
