摘要: 本文通过对风筒振动案例的分析,阐述了振动的原因,并通过两个成功解决振动问题的实例,介绍了冷却塔风量测试及仿真软件对振动模拟在解决风筒振动问题上面的重要性,以此为手段制定不同的解决方案,为从风筒的结构及配置合理风量来解决玻璃钢风筒的振动问题提供了一个重要的方法。

Abstract: In this paper,through the analysis of fan cylinder vibration cases,expounds the reason of vibration, and through the the two successful examples of solving the vibration problems,introduce the importance of the cooling tower air flow test and simulation software to solve the vibration problem. Based on these means,develop different solutions such as structure design and reasonable air flow rate for the vibration problem of FRP cylinder.
