树脂基复合材料蠕变性能研究进展

摘要: 树脂基复合材料在室温条件下的蠕变被认为是制约其更为广泛应用的主要瓶颈之一。本文综述了复合材料蠕变性能的研究进展,讨论了纤维、基体的蠕变性能以及温度、外部应力和材料性质对复合材料蠕变性能的影响规律。探讨了复合材料的蠕变机理,分析了目前常用的模拟和预测蠕变行为的模型,并就其适用范围进行了讨论,展望了该领域研究的发展态势。

Abstract: Creep at room temperature is considered as a major limitation to the more extensive use of resin composites. This paper provided an overview of the progress in research of the creep behavior of resin composites. Effects of the creep of fiber and resin,temperature,external stress and the material properties on the creep of resin composites were investigated and the mechanism of creep was probed in this paper. The models popularly used to predicate the creep of resin composites and their valid ranges were analyzed,and the prospect of creep of resin composites was given finally.
