摘要: 本文以含脱粘的金属/复合材料粘接结构为对象,研究在结构含脱粘缺陷情况下,复合材料厚度对固有频率、振型和柔度矩阵的影响。结果表明,随着厚度的增大,固有频率、脱粘区域的振型和柔度矩阵的变化率都呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,在厚度为5mm 附近有最大值;柔度矩阵检测不同复合材料厚度下小面积脱粘是可行的。论文研究结果可为下一步运用模态方法对喷管的脱粘缺陷进行实验检测提供相应的理论指导。

Abstract: This paper regards metal /composite materials structure with debonding as a research object,the finite element method is used to study the influence of composite thickness on the natural frequencies,modal shapes,flexibility matrix to detect structure debonding defects. The results show that: As the thickness increases,the rate of change of the natural frequencies, the modal shape of debonding region and the flexibility matrix of debonding region all appear a increasing and then decreasing trend,when the thickness of composite materials is 5mm,the rate of them are the maximum; On different composite thickness conditon,the flexibility matrix used to detect small area debonding is feasible. The results of this paper provides theoretical guidance for experimental detecting the debonding defects of solid rocket motor nozzle structure based on the modal method in next step.
