新型水溶性模具材料的性能及其应用研究

摘要: 本文研究了一种新型水溶性材料AquacoreTM的性能,包括密度、线膨胀系数、压缩强度和压缩蠕变率。试验结果表明,该材料的密度ρ≈0. 47g /cm3,线膨胀系数α = 1. 17 × 10 – 6 /℃,190℃下的压缩强度为2. 40MPa,压缩蠕变率ε < 1. 5%。同时开展了工程应用研究,使用这种材料的模具制造了碳纤维复合材料双峰波纹结构件,研究了模具表面粗糙度对产品表面粗糙度的影响以及脱模方式对产品的影响。测试结果显示,经表面处理后的水溶性模具的表面粗糙度Ra = 1. 2,产品接触面的表面粗糙度Ra = 3. 4。脱模过程中温度和水对产品影响不大,产品的吸湿量为0. 98%。研究证实,这种水溶性模具特别适于制造结构复杂、脱模困难的复合材料制件。

Abstract: A new-type of water soluble material,which trade mark is AquacoreTM,has been investigated. The properties investigated include density,linear expansion ratio,compressive strength and compressive creep ratio. The results show that the density is about 0. 47g /cm3,mean linear thermal expansion coefficient is 1. 17 × 10 –6 /℃,compressive strength is 2. 40MPa under 190℃,compressive creep ratio is less than 1. 5%. In the meantime, application research has been conducted. With water soluble mold,a CFRP double-peak corrugated part has been fabricated. The influences of roughness and de-mould method on product have been studied. The test results show that finished surface roughness of water soluble mold Ra is 1. 2,the roughness of product's marble surface Ra is 3. 4. Temperature & water used during de-molding have little effect on product. The moisture absorption of product is 0. 98%. It is shown that the water soluble mold is especially suitable for complex structural parts and those parts which are hard to de-mold.
