摘要: 针对目前大型叶片质量控制难,肉眼无法判断缺陷的位置和大小的问题,采用超声波探伤和激光散斑干涉等方法相结合的手段,超声波主要应用于玻纤纤维层合板较厚和胶黏剂粘接的区域检测,激光散斑干涉主要应用于叶片夹层结构层的检测。通过不同设备检测优势相结合的方式来实现叶片的整体无损检测,而且可以在现场进行检测以保障风机的正常运行。

Abstract: Since it's difficult to detect the defect of the big rotor blade visually,especially the exact position and size. Through UT and Shearography's combination,the relative thick glass fiber laminate and bonding area used UT,and for the sandwich structure used Shearography. Through the different devices' combination we can get the detection for the whole blade,further we can do the test for the rotor blade in operation at the wind farm that to guarantee the wind turbine's good operation.
