大长径比壳体芯模防裂技术

摘要: 对大长径比壳体芯模产生裂纹的原因进行了研究,制定了消除裂纹的措施,取得了良好的效果,主要结论如下: 芯模骨架采用桁架式结构,零部件采用空心、加筋结构、选用轻质材料,有利于降低芯模重量,提高芯模骨架整体刚性; 芯模表层采用改性石膏,抵御变形能力增强,不易出现裂纹。

Abstract: Study on crack causes of the large L /D ratio case mandrel. The measures of avoid crack have been constituted. The better effects have been obtained. The leading conclusions are enumerated as follows. They are favorable to reduce the mandrel's weight and to improve the mandrel's rigidity that the mandrel's framework adopts the truss structure,and the parts and the assemblies adopt the hollowly structure of rib and lightweight material. That use improving plaster on the mandrel's surface,the ability of the mandrel avoiding transmutation is toned up; the cracks do not appear easily.
