车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒筒体的有限元分析

摘要: 车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、保温性好、使用寿命长、可塑性强等优点,在国外已得到广泛应用,而目前国内关于车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒的研究还很滞后,还没有相关的企事业单位从事该产品的研究与开发。鉴于此,本文利用ANSYS 软件建立了车载复合材料混凝土搅拌筒筒体的有限元模型,并对搅拌筒自重、物料重量荷载作用下复合材料搅拌筒筒体的刚度及强度进行了计算与分析,旨在分析复合材料搅拌筒在混凝土搅拌车上应用的可靠性和适用性。

Abstract: The vehicle-mounted composite concrete mixing drum has some excellent performances such as light quality,good anticorrosion property,good insulation,long life and high plasticity etc,which has been widely applied abroad. However,the research about vehicle-mounted composite concrete mixing drum is still lags behind in our country,and no relevant enterprises and institutions engaged in the product research and development. For this reason,the finite element model of vehicle-mounted composite concrete mixing drum cylinder was builded by using ANSYS software,and the stiffness and strength of composite mixing drum cylinder under self-weight of mixing drum and weight load of concrete material were also calculated and analysed. This article aims to analysed the security and rationality of the application of composite mixing drum on concrete truck.
