天然竹筒内竹纤维的分布规律研究

摘要: 天然竹材具有良好的力学性能,主要得益于其独特的结构。本文通过对竹子的壁厚与外径关系以及竹纤维百分含量、纤维直径、纤维平均周向间距等沿竹筒径向的分布规律的系统研究,得出了竹材筒壁的微观结构分布规律,为竹结构的仿生奠定理论基础。

Abstract: A natural bamboo possesses excellent mechanical properties due to its special structure. With help of observing and measuring instrument,this paper gained the relationship between the thickness of culm wall of bamboo and the equivalent radius,determined the volume percentage of the vascular bundle,the diameter and average distance of the vascular bundle along the radical direction of the bamboo tube. A model was proposed to describe the distribution of the vascular bundle in radial direction.
