微波法合成新型双酚A二苯醚型双马来酰亚胺研究

SYNTHESIS OF 4,4 -DIPHENYL BISPHENOL A ETHER BISMALEIMIDE UNDER MICROWAVE IRRADIATION

摘要: 本文采用微波辐射方法,以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和2,2'-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)为原料,合成了2, 2'-双[4-(马来酰亚胺基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BPA-BMI),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等对产物结构进行表征。经过正交 试验确定了微波法合成BPA-BMI 的最佳工艺条件为n(MA):n(BAPP)= 2.3:1,催化剂用量为10% (wt%),辐射功率为 450W,辐射时间为30min,产率可达67.26%。结果表明:与传统制备双马来酰亚胺的方法相比,微波法不仅可行,并且具有反 应时间大大缩短、效率高、操作简单、环境友好等特点。

Abstract: Using maleic anhydride and 2,2'-bis[4-(4-aminophenox) phenyl]propane as raw materials,a novel bismalemide monomer,2,2'-bis[4-(4-maleimidophenox) phenyl]propane (BPA-BMI) was synthesized under microwave irradiation. The structure of compound was confirmed by FT-IR spectra,1H-NMR and MS. On the basis of orthogonal design,the optimal preparation conditions for BPA-BMI under microwave irradiation was as follows: the mola ratio of maleic anhydride to BAPP was 2.3:1,catalyst amount was 10%(wt%),microwave power was 450W and radiation time was 30min. The highest yield of product was 67.26%. Compared with tradition preparation of BMI,the method of microwave irradiation is convenient,quick and less pollution.
