摘要: 疲劳破坏是金属结构应用中一种常见的破坏形式,其机理是细观裂纹的不稳定发展导致整体结构的断裂。采用CFRP表面粘贴加固钢结构提高其疲劳寿命是近期发展起来的一项改善金属结构疲劳性能的新技术。CFRP轻质高强,加固钢结构的施工便捷,且不用明火、不增加自重、不产生残余应力,能够显著提高原有结构的疲劳性能。本文对CFRP加固原理、CFRP加固方法以及国内外CFRP加固研究进行了总结和对比,指出了CFRP加固钢结构的发展方向。

Abstract: Fatigue failure is a common failure mode of the steel structure engineering applications. Traditional reinforcement methods improve the fatigue life of components,but it will bring many new problems due to the damage of the original structure. CFRP has lightweight and high strength characteristics. Steel structure strengthened with CFRP has a nice fatigue property. In this paper,the CFRP reinforcing principle,CFRP strengthening methods and CFRP strengthening research at home and abroad were summarized,to help the application of CFRP strengthening in engineering.
