摘要: 采用碳纤维缠绕成型技术制造的大型压缩天然气(CNG) 气瓶,具有质量轻、强度高、疲劳强度好,耐腐蚀等特点,可以满足海洋油田天然气开发及天然气的陆上储运等领域的应用需求。本文综述了国际上大型碳纤维复合材料CNG 气瓶的研制及应用现状,结合国内天然气开发及储运和国产碳纤维复合材料应用的现实,提出了研制大型CNG 复合材料气瓶应突破的关键技术、标准规范以及成型装备等。

Abstract: The large-sized composite compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinder shows great potentials in the exploration of ocean natural gas and the onshore transport of natural gas,which is benefit to achieving the national purpose of energy-saving and emission reduction. In this paper,the large-sized composite CNG cylinders are discussed in terms of their application requirement,foreign and domestic manufacturers,product standards and production key technologies,etc.
