一种中温固化树脂玻璃布复合材料性能研究

摘要: 采用热熔法制备了一种中温固化环氧玻璃布预浸料-3233B/EW250B 预浸料,通过热压罐成型复合材料板,进行性能测试。结果表明,3233B/EW250中温固化环氧玻璃布预浸料具有良好的工艺性能、阻燃性能、介电性能和力学性能。3233B树脂具有良好的韧性,夹层结构的抗滚筒剥离强度高,其预浸料可与蜂窝直接共固化。

Abstract: 3233B/EW250B prepreg is a type of glass fabric/medium temperature curing resin prepreg which was prepared using hot-melt method in this paper. Then the prepreg was made into composites and its performance was tested. The results show that the processing properties, flame retardancy, dielectric properties and mechanical performance are well-behaved. 3233B resin has good toughness, the roller peeling strength of the sandwich structure is high and the prepreg can curing with the sandwich directly.
