红外热波法检测夹层结构内部缺陷的研究

INFRARED DETECTION TO SANDWICH STRUCTURES WITH INSIDE DEFECTS

摘要: 在夹层结构内部,缺陷会使热量在物体中的传导出现差异,导致物体表面出现温度和红外辐射特征差异。基于该原理,采用有限元方法,对含内部缺陷的夹层结构分别进行了稳态、瞬态下的参数分析,与红外热像实际检测结果做了对比,得出了一般红外方法对于夹层结构的缺陷识别精度,并且分析了部分影响因素对检测结果的影响,给出了使用红外热像检测法对夹层结构内部缺陷进行无损检测的建议。

Abstract: The inside detection can course a difference in conduction of the heat wave which leads to a difference of the surface temperature which can be received by thermal imager in the form of images of different colours. The paper makes a research on the defects of sandwich structures including the parametric analysis under transient thermal and steady thermal conditions using finite element software depending on the theories above. By the comparison of the software simulation and the test result, the paper gives the accuracy of infrared detection to sandwich structures with defects. At the same time, some effects which may affect the testing result are analysed and some suggestions about using infrared detection to sandwich defects are made.
