摘要: 以某型复合材料直升机桨毂为研究对象,在ANSYS 中建立桨毂有限元模型,通过模态仿真和计算,得到了相应的模态阵型及固有振动特性。同时为了获得桨毂的实际振动特性,进行了桨毂模态测试,实验结果和仿真结果相符,验证了模型的正确性,为后续复合材料桨毂的进一步动力学研究及设计提供了参考。

Abstract: In this paper, based on one composite oar hub, the finite element modal of the hub structure was established with ANSYS. Through the model simulation and calculation, the modal shape and vibration characteristics were obtained, and the model was confirmed by modal experiment. With this analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the hub was known. It provides reference for further kinetic studies and optimization to the composite hub.
