摘要: 通过流变仪、差示扫描量热仪对国产环氧树脂体系的流变性能、固化性能进行了研究,确定了其灌注工艺窗口,并通过力学性能分析研究了其综合性能。应用扫描电镜表征了国产碳纤维单丝的微观形貌,通过表面张力测试仪表征了碳纤维与环氧树脂的接触角,与国外进口牌号的液体成型用碳纤维与环氧树脂进行了分析比对,研究了其应用于RTM工艺的性能差异。

Abstract: The rheological properties and curing properties of the domestic epoxy resin were studied through the rheometer and differential scanning calorimetric apparatus. The injection process window was determined and the comprehensive performance was charactered through mechanics performance analysis. The microstructure of the domestic carbon fiber monofilament was charactered by SEM and the contact angle of the carbon fiber and epoxy was studied by the surface tension tester. Comparing with the overseas import carbon fiber and epoxy, the paper found the difference in performance of the RTM process.
