摘要: FPR 材料由于其结构可设计性、轻质高强、耐腐蚀、施工成型方便等优点,在桥梁工程中显现出广阔的应用前景。本文通过对一种大截面FRP 拉挤型材的结构设计研究,结合大截面FRP拉挤型材的原材料筛选、铺层设计、成型工艺参数和后处理粘接工艺等技术问题进行探讨,对同炉试样材料的力学性能进行检测,最终通过制品的型式试验对大截面FRP 拉挤型材作为桥面板使用的可行性进行充分验证。

Abstract: Because of its advantages of structure designability, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and excellent processing property, the FRP material shows broad application prospect in bridge engineering. Though the research of the structural design for a large cross-section FRP pultrusion profiles, combined with the large crosssection FRP pultrusion profiles of the raw materials selection, layer design, forming process parameters and the postprocessing of adhesive process are discussed, the mechanical properties of the same furnace sample material were tested, the feasibility of using large cross-section FRP pultrusion profiles as bridge panel was verifred.
