摘要: 本文通过理论计算和应用通用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对纤维缠绕接头螺纹结构受压后进行分析,得到螺纹结构的径向偏移量。结果表明,类似本文研究的空心筒形螺纹件,在受力后径向偏移较大;计算该螺纹结构的强度时,必须考虑径螺纹向弹性变形的影响。

Abstract: To analyze the filament-wound connector thread structure, the theoretical calculations and the finite element analysis are worked in this paper, then the thread structure radially offset is got. The result indicated that it must consider the influence of the radially elastically deformable when calculate the thread strength, which is hollow cylindrical.
