摘要: 研究了不同烘干条件下淀粉型玻璃纤维浸润液的外迁行为,结果表明浸润液受水分蒸发速率的影响及浸润液与丝线之间产生色谱效应的影响,浸润液中的有机物颗粒在随水分由内向外的扩散过程中在丝饼上的分布图呈现类似于“W”形的波动。经模拟实验证明,浸润液中的有机物在丝饼上的分布与液体的蒸发方向有关,通过改变液体的蒸发方向和控制鼓风方向,进而改变局部水分蒸发速率的差异,可调节浸润液有机物在玻璃纤维上的分布行为。

Abstract: The migration behavior of starch sizing solution under different drying conditions in glass fiber cake was studied. Results indicated that the organic matters diffused with the evaporation of water, and the organic content distributed in glass fibre cake presented “W” type, which was influenced by the evaporation of water and the chromatography effect of glass fiber. Simulation experiment proved that the distribution of organic matters in the fibre cake was affected by the evaporation direction of water. The distribution behavior of organic matters on glass fibre can be inducted by changing the local evaporation velocity difference of fibre cake, which can be adjusted by changing the evaporation direction of water and blowing direction during drying process.
