金属复材模具复杂曲面模板精确预成型工艺技术研究

摘要: 本文系统介绍了金属复材模具复杂曲面模板精确预成型的各种工艺方法,详细介绍了每种工艺方法的优缺点、对应的关键技术及适用对象举例。目的是通过优质、快速、低成本的工艺方法解决金属复材模具复杂曲面模板精确成型并确保气密性和传热均匀性的难题,为长期、稳定生产精密复材零件提供可靠的复材模具。

Abstract: Various techniques of precise pre-forming process were systematically described in this paper for template of metal composite mold with complex surface. To find a high-quality, fast and low-cost solusion for air tightness and unformity of heat transfer of mold plate, the advantages and disadvantages and key technology were introduced in great detail. Simultaneously, some corresponding examples were listed. High-quality and reliable mold tooling could be provided for producing composite parts chronically and stably.
