喷雾冷却塔换热原理和热力性能评价研究进展

摘要: 本文主要针对喷雾冷却塔在设计和工程应用中换热原理不够清晰和冷却效果评价即热力性能评价困难等问题,分别对不同种类的喷雾冷却塔的换热原理研究进展进行了介绍,并对其换热模型进行了分析,对热力性能评价方法的研究进展进行了探讨。其中对换热模型的分析是在前人的基础上进行了简化,并对文献中出现的两种热力性能评价方法的适用性提出了自己的观点。这对喷雾冷却塔的换热理论研究和工程应用都具有积极意义。

Abstract: For the design and engineering application of the spray cooling tower, the heat transfer principle is not clear and the cooling effectiveness evaluation is difficult. This paper introduces the research progress of heat transfer principle of the kinds of shower cooling tower, analyzes and simplifies the heat transfer model based on the previous frameworks, discusses the research progress of thermal performance evaluation method, summarizes the two available thermal performance evaluation methods based on previous literatures and puts forward views to their respective applicability. This has positive significance for the heat exchange theory research and engineering application of the shower cooling tower.
